Policies in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) field stand out as key documents reflecting the institution’s sustainability, ethical values, and management approach. The policies and procedures published within this framework showcase the institution's commitments and approaches in various areas. These include the Information Policy, Human Resources Policy, Compensation Policy, Profit Distribution Policy, Social Responsibility Policy, Donation and Assistance Policy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, Code of Business Ethics, Sustainable Supply Chain Policy, Human Rights Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct, Integrated Management Systems Policy, and Information Security Policy. These policies have been approved and shared. In the Sustainability Report, detailed explanations of these topics are provided with references to the relevant policies. The need for additional policies and procedures will be assessed in 2023.

In its 2023 Integrated Report, Teknosa disclosed to the public the committees and units responsible for implementing ESG policies. The Sustainability Committee and the Sustainability and Occupational Safety Department are accountable for defining, implementing, and monitoring sustainability strategies. Additionally, the Sabancı Holding Sustainability Leadership Committee oversees the progress of sustainability goals and conducts risk management efforts.

Teknosa has established a Sustainability Committee to manage sustainability issues. This committee meets twice and reports the meeting outcomes to the Board of Directors. These regular reports demonstrate that the activities conducted under ESG policies are presented to the Board of Directors.

Sürdürülebilir performansın iyileştirilmesi amacıyla çevre dostu ürün ve hizmetlerin geliştirilmesi, enerji verimliliği projelerinin uygulanması, dijital etiket kullanımı, LED dönüşüm çalışmaları ve otomasyon projeleri hayata geçirilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, genel müdürlük binasında yürütülen çalışmalar sonucunda WWF Yeşil Ofis Yeşil Dönüşüm Diploması alınarak çevresel duyarlılık konusunda faaliyetlerimiz kamuya açıklanmıştır.

To improve sustainable performance, environmentally friendly products and services have been developed, energy efficiency projects have been implemented, digital labeling has been introduced, LED transformation efforts have been carried out, and automation projects have been executed. Additionally, as a result of the initiatives carried out at the headquarters building, the WWF Green Office Green Transformation Diploma was obtained, publicly demonstrating our commitment to environmental sensitivity.

Teknosa, sürdürülebilirlik performansını artırmak ve endeks kriterlerine daha güçlü bir şekilde uyum sağlamak amacıyla analiz ve iyileştirme çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.Ocak 2025 itibarıyla ÇSY skorunun 75 olduğu Teknosa, sektörel sıralamada 19. sırada yer almakta ve karbon emisyonlarının azaltılmasından enerji verimliliğine, insan hakları uygulamalarından çeşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık politikalarına kadar farklı alanlarda sürekli gelişim hedeflemektedir. Sürdürülebilirlik stratejilerindeki bu iyileştirme ve geliştirme süreçlerine 2025 yılında da devam edilecektir.

The report provides detailed information on the data required within the scope of the Borsa Istanbul Sustainability Index (LSEG). Teknosa continues its analysis and improvement efforts to enhance its sustainability performance and align more closely with the index criteria. With an ESG score of 75, Teknosa ranks 19th in its sector and aims for continuous development in various areas, including carbon emission reduction, energy efficiency, human rights practices, and diversity and inclusion policies. These improvement and development processes within its sustainability strategies will continue throughout 2025.

Teknosa, sürdürülebilirlik stratejisinin geliştirilmesinde ve değer yaratma modelinin oluşturulmasında ilgili yöneticiler ve departmanlarla görüş alışverişinde bulunmuştur. Bu görüşler, öncelikli konuların belirlenmesi, risk ve fırsatların tespit edilmesi gibi önemli süreçlerde de dikkate alınmıştır. Ayrıca, ÇSY stratejilerinin etkin bir şekilde değerlendirilmesi amacıyla sürdürülebilirlik çalışma grupları ve komitesi kurulmuş ve bu yapılar, stratejilerin izlenmesi ve geliştirilmesi süreçlerinde aktif rol oynamaktadır. Bu sayede, şirketin sürdürülebilirlik hedefleri, paydaşların geri bildirimleri ve iç görüşmeler doğrultusunda şekillendirilmiştir. Öncelikli konularımızı belirlerken de yatırımcılar, hissedarlar, müşteriler, tedarikçiler ve diğer menfaat sahiplerinin görüşleri alınmıştır.

Teknosa has consulted with relevant managers and departments in the development of its sustainability strategy and the creation of its value generation model. These insights were also considered during important processes, such as identifying priority issues and determining risks and opportunities. Additionally, sustainability working groups and a committee have been established to effectively evaluate CSR strategies. These structures actively contribute to the monitoring and development of these strategies. As a result, the company’s sustainability goals have been shaped based on feedback from stakeholders and internal discussions. When determining our key priorities, the opinions of investors, shareholders, customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders were also taken into account.
