Additional Explanations

Dear Stakeholders;

Although there was a net period profit of 171,612,690.64 TL according to the financial statements prepared according to legal records, a net period loss of 1,428,754,213 TL according to the independently audited financial statements for the accounting period 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (II-14.1) has been formed and therefore, since there is no net distributable profit for the period according to the financial statements in question, it has been decided not to distribute profits, and after allocating 8,580,634.53 TL as legal reserves from the 171,612,690.64 TL net profit for the period in the legal records, the remaining 163,032,056.11 TL will be set aside as extraordinary reserves, and the proposal in the table below will be submitted to the approval of the General Assembly.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
