A) We have examined the Financial Statements, Annual Report, Corporate Governance Compliance Report, Corporate Governance Information Form and Participation Finance Principles Information Form of our company for the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024

D) We hereby declare that our company's financial statements and annual report for the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 have been approved by the Board of Directors decision dated 28/02/2025 and numbered 2025/03.
