Denetim Komitesi'nin Bağımsız Denetçinin seçimine yönelik kararı değerlendirilmiş ve bu öneri doğrultusunda Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 399. maddesi ve Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı kapsamında Şirket'in 2025 mali yılının bağımsız dış denetimini yapmak üzere Reşitpaşa Mah. Eski Büyükdere Cad. Park Plaza Apt. N14/10 Sarıyer/İstanbul adresinde kain, İstanbul Ticaret Siciline 561406 ticaret numarası ile kayıtlı, Maslak Vergi Dairesine 007 051 1435 no ile kayıtlı, 0007051143500017 MERSİS no.lu PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.'nin belirlenmesine, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına ve bu kapsamda gerekli iş, işlem ve ilanların yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.

The decision of the Audit Committee regarding the appointment of the Independent Auditor has been evaluated and in line with this proposal, it has been decided to appoint PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. , registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry with the trade number 561406, registered with the Maslak Tax Office with the number 007 051 1435, with the MERSİS number 0007051143500017, to conduct the independent external audit of the Company for the 2025 fiscal year within the scope of Article 399 of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets legislation, to submit this decision to the approval of the first General Assembly to be held and to carry out the necessary work, transactions and announcements within this scope.
