In reference to the above, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited (the "Bank") will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, which shall be subjected to limited review by the joint statutory auditors.

Further, please note that in furtherance to our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/149/2025-26 dated              June 27, 2025, and in terms of the Share Dealing Code of the Bank, the window for trading in equity shares / securities of the Bank for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed till Saturday, January 19, 2025.
