Yönetim Kurulumuzca; 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat yükümlülükleri uyarınca, PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin, Bankamızın 2025 yılına ilişkin mali tablolarının bağımsız denetimi hizmeti ile Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak raporların 2024 ve 2025 yıllarına ilişkin sürdürülebilirlik denetimi için seçilmesine ve yapılacak Genel Kurul Toplantısında onaya sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

As per the resolution of the Board of Directors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., within the context of Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and the related regulations, the appointment of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. for the independent audit company of our Bank's financial statements for 2025 and for the sustainability audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority for the years 2024 and 2025 is decided to be submitted for the approval of the General Meeting to be held.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
