The existing polyurethane system production facilities and equipment of Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago) will be relocated to our Düzce facility. Within the scope of this collaboration, the production, sales, and marketing activities of all polyurethane systems and products under Ravago's "Ravapol" brand will be carried out by Kimpur.

Bu stratejik hamle ile şirketimiz yaklaşık 85.000 tonluk yeni bir ek kapasiteye sahip olacaktır. Böylece, Gebze tesisinde 141 bin ton, Düzce tesisinde 30 bin ton ile toplamda 171 bin ton olan mevcut yurt içi üretim kapasitemiz; yeni stratejik yatırım ile 256 bin ton seviyesine çıkacaktır. Letonya tesisimizdeki 25 bin ton kapasitesi ile toplam global üretim kapasitemizin çıkacağı seviye de 281 bin ton olacaktır.

With this strategic move, our company will gain approximately 85,000 tons of new additional capacity. Consequently, our current domestic production capacity of 171,000 tons, comprising 141,000 tons at the Gebze facility and 30,000 tons at the Düzce facility, will increase to 256,000 tons with this new strategic investment. Including the 25,000 ton capacity at our Latvia facility, our total global production capacity will reach 281,000 tons.

21.01.2025 tarihinde yapılan açıklamada, Şirketimizin, Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago) ile yaptığı stratejik iş birliği anlaşması kapsamında, Ravago'ya ait poliüretan sistem üretim tesisleri ve ekipmanlarının Kimpur'un Düzce tesisine taşınma sürecinin başarıyla tamamlandığı, bu taşınmanın ardından üretim denemelerine başlandığı ve ilk üretimin, Ravago'dan transfer edilen Exproof reaktör ile gerçekleştirildiği açıklanmıştı.

Bu kapsamda, Şirketimizin üretim kapasitesini artırma ve üretim altyapısını güçlendirme stratejisi doğrultusunda, Düzce Üretim Tesisi'ne taşınan Ravago'ya ait tüm reaktörlerin devreye alma süreci tamamlanmıştır. Kesintisiz üretimin sağlanması amacıyla, tüm yardımcı tesislerin altyapı bileşenleri entegre edilmiş, yedek sistemler oluşturulmuş ve üretim süreçleri otomasyon sistemleri ile kontrol altına alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda, enerji verimliliği artırılmış, üretim süreçlerinin sürekliliği ve operasyonel güvenilirliği sağlanmıştır

In the announcement made on January 21, 2025, it was stated that within the scope of our Company's strategic cooperation agreement with Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago), the relocation process of Ravago's polyurethane system production facilities and equipment to Kimpur's Düzce facility had been successfully completed. Following this relocation, production trials had commenced, and the first production was carried out using the Exproof reactor transferred from Ravago.

Within this framework, in line with our Company's strategy to increase production capacity and strengthen production infrastructure, the commissioning process of all reactors transferred from Ravago to the Düzce Production Facility has been completed. To ensure uninterrupted production, all auxiliary facility infrastructure components have been integrated, backup systems have been established, and production processes have been brought under control through automation systems. In this context, energy efficiency has been enhanced, and the continuity and operational reliability of production processes have been ensured.

Our Company aims to strengthen its competitiveness in the global market with a sustainable production approach and continues to pursue its growth strategy with determination through its reinforced production infrastructure.
