Additional Explanations

Since the authorization for the registered capital ceiling of our Company expires in 2025, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board in order to increase our Company's existing registered capital ceiling of TL 625.000.000 to TL 2.000.000.000 for the years 2025-2029 by determining a new 5-year period within the framework of the Capital Markets Law and the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Registered Capital System numbered II.18-1. Within this framework, the proposed amendment to the Articles of Association regarding the amendment of Article 6 titled ‘Capital' of the Articles of Association of our Company has been approved by the Capital Markets Board's letter dated 11.03.2025 and numbered E29833736-110.04.04-69126 and will be submitted to the General Assembly after the approval of the Ministry of Trade.

In case of any conflict between the English version and the Turkish version of this public disclosure the Turkish version shall prevail.
