Adel Kalemcilik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.'yi temsilen Ağaç ve Kağıt Sanayii İşverenleri Sendikası ile AĞAÇ-İŞ Türkiye Ağaç ve  Kağıt Sanayii İşçileri Sendikası arasında 31.08.2024 tarihinde sona eren Toplu İş Sözleşmesi'nin yeni dönemine ilişkin  müzakereler 17.03.2025 tarihinde anlaşma ile sonuçlanmıştır. Düzenlenen anlaşma tutanağı gereğince;

1. Toplu İş Sözleşmesi 01.09.2024 - 31.08.2026 dönemi için geçerli olacaktır.

2. Sendika üyesi personelin brüt ücretlerine aşağıda belirtilen zamlar uygulanacaktır.

- 1.yıl ilk 6 ay için ücretlere %25 + 11.000 TL seyyanen zam + 20 yılla sınırlı olmak üzere her kıdem yılı için saat ücretlerine 1,5 TL,

- 1.yıl ikinci 6 ay için 01.03.2025 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere %20 oranında zam

- 2.yıl ilk 6 ay için 01.09.2025 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere, TÜİK tarafından yayınlanacak 01.03.2025-31.08.2025 tarihleri arası tüketici fiyatları endeksi (enflasyon) artış oranı + 2 Puan

- 2.yıl ikinci 6 ay için 01.03.2026 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere, TÜİK tarafından yayınlanacak 01.09.2025-28.02.2026 tarihleri arası tüketici fiyatları endeksindeki (enflasyon) artış oranı + 2 Puan zam yapılacaktır.

On behalf of Adel Kalemcilik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., negotiations regarding the new term of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Ağaç ve Kağıt Sanayii İşverenleri Sendikası and AĞAÇ-İŞ Türkiye Ağaç ve  Kağıt Sanayii İşçileri Sendikası, which expired on August 31, 2024, were concluded with an agreement on March 17, 2025.

According to the agreement protocol:

1.The Collective Bargaining Agreement will be valid for the period September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2026.

2.The gross wages of union member employees will be increased as follows:

-For the first 6 months of the 1st year, a 25% increase + a flat raise of 11,000 TL + an additional 1.5 TL per hour for each year of seniority, limited to 20 years.

-For the second 6 months of the 1st year, effective from March 1, 2025, a 20% increase.

-For the first 6 months of the 2nd year, effective from September 1, 2025, an increase equal to the inflation rate (Consumer Price Index) published by TÜİK for the period March 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025, plus 2 percentage points.

-For the second 6 months of the 2nd year, effective from March 1, 2026, an increase equal to the inflation rate (Consumer Price Index) published by TÜİK for the period September 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026, plus 2 percentage points.
