As of 08.01.2025, share buyback transactions have been completed.
Pursuant to the share buyback program; 4.350.000 shares with total nominal value of TRY 419.083.910,10, representing 1% of the share capital, were repurchased by our Company. Financing of the share buybacks were obtained from the internal sources of our Company. Shares were bought back from TRY 119,10 at the highest and from TRY 96,34 as the average.
With this transaction, the total nominal value of ALARK shares owned by our company has reached 9.950.000 TL, and the ratio of these shares to the capital is 2,287 %.
The share buyback program completed on 08.01.2025 has been terminated in the KAP-BIY Program .
