Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.I sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yürürlüğe konulmuş olan Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları esas alınarak KGK ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Eren Bağımsız Denetim AŞ tarafından denetlenen konsolide finansal tablolarında ana ortaklığa ait net dönem kârı 3.568.707.868 TL olarak gerçekleşirken 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu ("VUK")'nun ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında ise net dönem zararı 431.209.650 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.

Yönetim Kurulu'nun 19.03.2025 tarihli kararıyla, Şirketimizin VUK esaslarına göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir dönem kârı bulunmaması nedeniyle kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına yönelik hususun 2024 mali yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
