At our Company's Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on March 20, 2025;

In line with the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the use of profit, a Net Loss for the Period of TL 1,419,871,000 was recorded according to the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal period between 01.01.2024-31.12.2024, and within the scope of the CMB's regulations regarding profit distribution, it was decided that no profit distribution could be made for 2024. This decision was accepted by the majority vote of the participants with TL 102.812.845,068 affirmative votes against TL 1,827 dissentive votes.
