Şirketimizin bugünkü yönetim kurulu toplantısında,

Şirketimiz Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dahilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2024_31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına göre 16.600.783.- TL zarar, TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarına göre ise 45.450.858,48 TL kar elde etmiştir. 2024 yılı dönem karından geçmiş yıl zararı olan 33.393.433,64 TL'nın tenzil edilmesi ile kalan 12.057.424,84 TL tutarın %5'i olan 602.871,24 TL'nın Birinci Tertip Kanuni Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılmasına, kalan 11.454.553,60 TL karın Olağanüstü Yedeklere ayrılarak Şirketimiz'in 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu'na önerilmesine, katılanların oy çokluğu ile karar verilmiştir.
