Additional Explanations

At our Company's Board of Directors Meeting dated 25.03.2025, following decisions were taken;

According to our Company's 2024 financial statements prepared in accordance with TFRS, the net period profit of our company is 82,898,269 TL, and according to VUK records, the current year profit is 32,828,884 TL and previous years' profit is 243,878,752 TL.

In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Market legislation and the provisions of our Company's Articles of Association and the Profit Distribution Policy, after deducting the legal obligations, out of the net distributable profit of TL 81,256,825 , TL 17,157,795 will be paid as first dividend to shareholders, TL 57,174,030 as second dividend to shareholders, and TL 90,668,175 TL from previous year's profits, a total of TL 165,000,000 will be paid as cash dividend to our Company's shareholders,

The cash dividend to be paid to our Company's shareholders will be paid as gross TL 0.0861 and net TL 0.0732 for one share with a nominal value of TL 1,

The payment date will be determined as July 2, 2025,

All these issues will be submitted to the approval of our shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of our Company for 2024.
