Additional Explanations

Within the framework of the principles set forth in the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Dividend Communiqué (II-19.1), the provisions of our Company's Articles of Association and the dividend distribution policy publicly disclosed by our Company; within the framework of the CMB Serial: II, No: 14. 1 Within the framework of the "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets", after deducting the legal reserves required to be set aside in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, from the net profit for the year 2024 determined in accordance with the Turkish Accounting / Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS / TFRS), TL 404. 278,339.09 TL and 95,721,660.91 TL from retained earnings (extraordinary reserves) at a gross rate of 198.41%, to distribute a dividend of 500,000,000.00 TL, to pay a gross dividend of 1.9841 TL (Net 1.6865 TL) per each share with a nominal value of 1 TL in cash, and to start dividend distribution as of May 26, 2025, for the approval of the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting for 2024.
