Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.I sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve Çözüm Ünlüer Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024/31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre net dönem karı 200.917.531 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde tutulan yasal kayıtlara göre net dönem karı ise 210.306.279 TL'dir.

Yönetim Kurulu, 25.03.2025 tarihinde, Şirketimizin yatırımlarının devam etmesi nedeniyle, yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra geriye kalan kârın dağıtılmayarak özsermayeye eklenmesine ve söz konusu hususun Şirketimizin 02.05.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilecek 2024 mali yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına karar vermiştir.
