Şirketimizin 21.03.2025 tarihli 2024 Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 yılı hesap döneminde gerçekleştirilecek bağımsız denetim faaliyetleri için Ram Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. denetçi olarak seçilmesine karar verilmişti. Bağımsız Denetçi, İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş olup, tescile ilişkin ilan 28.03.2025 tarih, 852 sayfa, 11302 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır.

At the company's 2024 Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 21.03.2025, it was decided to appoint Ram Independent Audit and Consulting A.Ş. as the auditor for the fiscal period 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025. The independent auditor has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate, and the registration notice was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 28.03.2025, page 852, issue number 11302.
