29.05.2024, 30.09.2024 ve 13.11.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımız çerçevesinde, China Development Bank ("CDB") ile toplam 2,46 milyar RMB kredi paketinin ikinci dilimi olan 1,23 milyar RMB (yaklaşık 152 milyon Euro karşılığı) tutarlı kredi anlaşması imzalanmıştır. Kredi Sözleşmesinin ödeme koşulları aşağıdaki gibidir.

"Finansal Kapanış Tarihi" CDB'nin tüm ön koşulların uygun gördüğü biçim ve içerikte kendisine sağlandığına ilişkin Şirket'e bildirim yaptığı tarih anlamına gelir.

Further to our Company's announcements on May 29, 2024, September 30, 2024 and November 13, 2024, the loan agreement dated March 27, 2025 has been signed with China Development Bank ("CDB") for the second tranche of the total RMB 2.46 billion credit package, amounting to RMB1.23 billion (equivalent to approximately EUR 152 million). The payment terms of the loan agreement are as follows.
