At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of our company held today, it was accepted that the profit for the period of 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 is TL 98,595,550 in our consolidated balance sheet for the accounting period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024, and since there is a loss for the period of TL 90,137,659 and a previous year loss of TL 1,345,101,850 in the legal records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the unconsolidated V.U.K., the profit for the period of 2024 will be added to the previous period profits and no dividend distribution will be made.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
