Şirketimizin 25 Mart 2025 tarihli 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, 2025 Yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu faaliyetine ek olarak Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 ile 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025  yıllarına ilişkin zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi seçilmiştir. Genel Kurul Kararı 28 Mart 2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 02 Nisan 2025 tarihden 11303 sayılı TTSG'de ilan edilmiştir.

At the Annual General Assembly Meeting of our company held on March 25, 2025, the independent auditing firm PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. was selected as the independent audit firm for auditing the financial statements of the 2025 fiscal year. Additionally, PwC was chosen to carry out the mandatory sustainability assurance audit for the period of January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. The General Assembly Decision was registered on March 28, 2025, and was announced in the Türkiye Trade Registry Gazette numbered 11303, on April 2, 2025.
