Additional Explanations

Pursuant to the Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (II-14.1) issued by the Capital Markets Board, and based on the consolidated financial statements for the accounting period of 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024, which were audited by ANY PARTNERS INDEPENDENT AUDIT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, the Company's net period profit is TRY 832,771,429. According to the statutory records kept in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, the net period loss is TRY (-135,493,992).

By resolution of the Board of Directors dated 04.04.2025, although the net period profit is TRY 832,771,429 as per the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué II-14.1 and audited by ANY PARTNERS INDEPENDENT AUDIT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, it was resolved to submit to the approval of the shareholders at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting that no profit distribution shall be made for the year 2024, due to the net period loss of TRY (-135,493,992) as per the statutory records kept in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law.
