It has been decided to submit to the approval of the General Assembly the issue of distributing a total of TL 6,000,000.00 gross cash dividend from the net distributable period profit of TL 219,226,254.00 and TL 179,468,279.31 respectively, as of 31.12.2024 in the financial statements and legal records of the company prepared in accordance with the capital market legislation.
