Additional Explanations

According to the decision taken by our Board of Directors on 07.03.2025;

The financial statements, which include the company's activities for the year 2024 and have been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards ("TMS")/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TFRS") as per the Capital Markets Board regulations and audited by an independent auditor, as well as the financial statements prepared based on records kept in accordance with tax laws, were reviewed and discussed;

It was determined that, according to the financial statements prepared in accordance with TMS/TFRS, there is a net loss of 140.707.261 TL for the period, while the records kept in accordance with tax laws show a net profit of 6.563.996,99 TL for the period. In light of the net loss recorded under TMS/TFRS, it has been decided to propose to the Ordinary General Assembly that no profit distribution be made and to disclose the necessary information to the public.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
