Additional Explanations

With the decision taken at the Board of Directors Meeting of our Company held on 07.10.2024, the first period share buyback transactions initiated on 09.10.2024 were completed on 09.04.2025.

Within the scope of the first period share buy-back transactions, a total of 280,000 ATAKP shares at an average price of TL 42.58 were bought back by our Company at a total cost of TL 11,922,154. The ratio of the repurchased shares to our Company's capital is 0.20%.

At the Board of Directors Meeting of our Company dated 09.04.2025, it was decided that since the first share buyback period transactions ended on 09.04.2025, the start date of the second share buyback period within the scope of the Program will be determined as 10.04.2025 and the end date as 14.06.2027.
