General Assembly Meeting of Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. dated on 09.04.2025,

- To set aside TL 5,888,812 as first order general legal reserves from the period profit of TL 445,950,916 in the financial statements of our Company for the year 2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Legislation, the Company's Articles of Association and other legislation,

- That the net distributable profit for the period amounting to TL 441,062,104, including the donations made during the year amounting to TL 1,000,000, not be subject to distribution in order to strengthen the financial structure of our Company and to create additional resources for financing investments,

- It was resolved to add the amount not subject to distribution to the extraordinary reserves by majoeity of votes,

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
