Articles 5, 29 and 38 of the Articles of Incorporation of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. have been amended. The aforementioned amendments were published on the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette dated 09.04.2025 and numbered 11308. The current version of the Articles of Incorporation, which contains the latest amendments, is attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.

Esas sözleşmemizin 5, 29 ve 38 numaralı maddeleri değiştirilmiş olup, söz konusu değişiklik 09.04.2025 tarih, 11308 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır. Son değişikliği içeren yürürlükteki Bankamız Esas Sözleşmesine ekte yer verilmektedir.
