Bankamız Esas Sözleşmesinin 5, 29 ve 38. maddelerinin değiştirilmesi ile ilgili işlemler tamamlanmış olup, maddelerin yeni hali İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiştir. Tadil edilen Esas Sözleşme maddeleri ekte yer almaktadır.

The process regarding the amendment of our articles 5, 29 and 38 of Articles of Incorporation has been completed and the new version of the articles has been registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office. The amended articles of the Articles of Incorporation are attached hereto.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
