Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 117.438.349,00 TL net dönem karının yasal yedek akçeler ayrıldıktan sonraki bakiyenin tamamının olağanüstü yedeklere ayrılmasına,

Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca yapılan enflasyon düzeltmesi sonucu oluşan 6.039.548,80 TL net dönem karının yasal yedek akçeler ayrıldıktan sonraki bakiyenin tamamının olağanüstü yedeklere ayrılmasına,

yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere teklif edilmesine mevcudun oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
