Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimiz, 2024 hesap döneminde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş (A member firm of Grant Thornton International) tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş konsolide finansal tablolarına göre 321.875.185 TL net dönem zararı, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolara göre ise 271.551.214,80 TL net dönem zararı elde etmiştir.

Şirketimiz 2024 hesap dönemine ait bu zararın gelecek dönemlerde oluşabilecek karlardan mahsup edilmek üzere geçmiş dönem zararlarına ilave edilmesine ve bu nedenle kar dağıtımı yapılmayacağı konusunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
