Şirketimizin, 9 Nisan 2025 tarihli 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi, bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek ve Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından sürdürülebilirlik alanında bağımsız denetim faaliyeti göstermek üzere yetkilendirilmesi şartı ile KGK tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak raporların zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi dâhil  ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, Eren Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin (Grant Thornton) seçilmesine karar verilmiş olup, karar 10 Nisan 2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 11 Nisan 2025 tarih ve 11310 sayılı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde yayınlanmıştır.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company for the year 2024 held on April 9, 2025, in accordance with the principles set forth in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, it was resolved to audit the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2025, to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws, and to carry out the Public Oversight and Auditing activities, It has been decided to select Eren Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (Grant Thornton) to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations, including the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the KGK, provided that it is authorized by the Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) to perform independent audit activities in the field of sustainability, and the decision was registered on April 10, 2025 and published in the Trade Registry Gazette dated April 11, 2025 and numbered 11310.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this notification, the Turkish version shall prevail.
