Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından onaylanan, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 7. maddesine ilişkin tadil metni 26.03.2025 tarihinde yapılan 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul'unun onayına sunulmuş ve kabul edilmiştir.  26.03.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı, 14.04.2025 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Dear Stakeholders;

The amendment text regarding Article 7 titled "Capital and Shares" of the Company's Articles of Association, which was approved by the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, was submitted to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly of 2024 held on 26.03.2025 and was approved.  The General Assembly decision dated 26.03.2025 was registered and announced on 14.04.2025.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
