12.03.2025 tarihinde gerçekleşen, "Çay İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü'nün 17 adet fabrika için açmış olduğu 2025/169965 ihale kayıt numaralı Doğalgaz (LNG (Sıvılaştırılmış Doğal Gaz) / (CNG (Sıkıştırılmış Doğal Gaz)) Tedariği ihalesinde 17 fabrikanın tamamı için en iyi teklifin Şirketimizce verildiği 12.03.2025 tarihinde duyurulmuştu. İhaleye ilişkin 310.000.000 kWh enerji, (29.135.338 Sm3) doğal gaz tedarik sözleşmesi Çaykur ile Şirketimiz arasında 15.04.2025 tarihinde imzalanmıştır.

It was announced on March 12, 2025 that our Company submitted the most favorable bid for all 17 factories in the Natural Gas Supply Tender LNG Liquefied Natural Gas / CNG – Compressed Natural Gas), with the tender registration number 2025 - 169965, opened by the General Directorate of Tea Enterprises. The natural gas supply contract for 310,000,000 kWh of energy (equivalent to 29,135,338 Sm³) has been signed between Çaykur and our Company on 15.04.2025.  

  

We present it to the information of our shareholders and the public.

  

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
