Additional Explanations

According to the financial statements prepared in accordance with CMB accounting standards, the net profit for the fiscal year 2024 was realized as TL 256,437,085.-TL. The proposal made by the Board of Directors to distribute a total gross amount of TL 76,322,400 to the shareholders as of June 25, 2025, after deducting the legal obligations, all of which will be covered from the net profit for the year 2024, and to leave the remaining portion of the net profit for the year 2024 within our Company as extraordinary reserves was approved at the General Assembly.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
