Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, 21.04.2025 tarihli toplantısında; Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin teklifi üzerine, Şirketimizin 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 faaliyet ve hesaplarının denetimi ile 2024 ve 2025 yıllarına ait sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının güvence denetimini yapmak ve ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde yer alan diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere  KPMG BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ve bu seçimin Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemelerine uygun olarak 2024 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortakların onayına sunulmasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar vermiştir.

At its meeting dated 21.04.2025, our Company's Board of Directors unanimously resolved, upon the proposal of the Audit Committee, to appoint KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to conduct the independent audit of our Company's financial statements and operations for the period 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025, to perform the assurance audit of the sustainability reports for the years 2024 and 2025, and to carry out other related activities within the scope of applicable regulations; and to submit this appointment for the approval of the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets Board regulations.
