Şirketimizin 21.04.2025 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Amaç ve Konu" başlıklı 3. maddesinin değiştirilmesine ilişkin tadil tasarıları onaylanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamız ile açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi arasında herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the ordinary general assembly meeting of our company held on 21.04.2025, the amendment drafts regarding the amendment of article 3 titled "Purpose and Subject" of the Company's Articles of Association were approved.

We submit it for the information of the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
