Additional Explanations

Within the scope of the buy-back program initiated by the Board of Directors' decision dated 8 March 2024 and terminated as of 24 April 2025 -the date of 2024 Ordinary General Assembly- a total of 132,750,000 lots of SASA shares have been repurchased. The total cost of the share buy-backs amounted to TRY 565,149,153.64 with an average purchase price of TRY 4.257 per share and a maximum price of TRY 5.03 per share. The buy-backs were financed using the Company's internal resources."

The nominal value of the SASA shares currently held by the Company is TRY 140,750,000, representing 0.3212% of its total capital.
