Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Amaç ve Faaliyet Konusu" başlıklı 3.maddesinin, "Esas Sözleşme Değişikliği" başlıklı 7.maddesinin, II. Bölüm başlığı ile "Sermaye" başlıklı 8.maddesinin, "Yönetim Kurulu Toplantıları" başlıklı 13.maddesinin, "Birleşme ve Bölünme" başlıklı 39.maddesinin ve Pay veya Pay Senetlerinin Devri" başlıklı 40.maddesinin ekte yer alan tadil tasarısında gösterildiği şekilde değiştirilmesi Şirketimizin bugün yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek kabul edilmiştir.

The amendment of Article 3 titled "Purpose and Field of Activities"; Article 7 titled "Amendments to the Articles of Association"; the title of Part II; Article 8 titled "Capital"; Article 13 titled "Meetings of the Board of Directors "; Article 39 titled "Merger and Demerger"; and Article 40 titled "Transfer of Shares or Share Certificates" of the Company's Articles of Association, as presented in the attached amendment draft, was discussed and approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held today.
