The draft amendment regarding the amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association of our Company was approved by the Ministry of Trade on 25.04.2025. The draft amendment approved by the Ministry of Trade is attached hereto. The amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held after obtaining the necessary permissions from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. This Material Disclosure Announcement is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
