In order to increase the current registered capital ceiling of our Company from TL 625,000,000 to TL 2,000,000,000 and to extend the validity period of the registered capital ceiling to be valid between 2025-2029, the amendment of Article 6 titled ‘Capital' of the Articles of Association of the Company was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 28.04.2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 29.04.2025 and numbered 11321.

In case of any conflict between the English version and the Turkish version of this public disclosure the Turkish version shall prevail.
