Şirketimizin 24 Nisan 2025 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, 2025 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. 'nin seçilmesine ilişkin verilen karar Adana Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 29 Nisan 2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 29 Nisan 2025 tarih, 11321 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

In order to audit the financial reports for the year 2025, the decision on the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor, taken at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company held on 24 April 2025, has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 29 April 2025 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette no.11321, dated 29 April 2025.
