Şirketimizin 02.04.2025 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin karar İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 28.04.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 29.04.2025 tarih,11321 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 02.04.2025 the resolution regarding the selection KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2025 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 28.04.2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 29.04.2025 and numbered 11321.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto and in case of any discrepancy in the texts of the disclosure, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
