Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 30/04/2025 tarihli kararı uyarınca, TSRS'ye göre Zorunlu Güvence Denetimi kapsamında hazırlanacak 2024 yılı ve 2025 yılı sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının denetlenmesi için, Şirket Denetim Komitesi'nin olumlu görüşü doğrultusunda BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçimi hususunun 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu'nda onaya sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Pursuant to the resolution of the Company's Board of Directors dated 30/04/2025, it has been resolved unanimously by the members of the Board of Directors who attended to the meeting that in accordance with the Compulsory Assurance Audit as per TSRS and as well as the positive view of Audit Committee, election of BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. for the audit of the Company's sustainability reports for years 2024 and 2025 shall be submitted to the approval of shareholders during 2024 Annual General Meeting.
