Yönetim kurulumuzun 30 Nisan 2025 tarihli toplantısında; TFRS'ye uygun olarak ve SPK'nın enflasyon muhasebesi uygulamasına ilişkin 28.12.2023 tarihli duyurusu dikkate alınarak enflasyona göre düzeltilmiş olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre ana ortaklığa ait 396.675.311 TL net dönem zararı, enflasyona göre düzeltilmiş VUK kayıtlarına göre ise 1.092.789.830,77 TL cari yıl zararı bulunduğu görüldüğünden; kar dağıtılmayarak oluşan bu tutarların geçmiş yıl zararları hesabına aktarılması hususunun Olağan Genel Kurul'da pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
