Additional Explanations

It has been resolved that, although a net profit was recorded in the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024, due to a net loss in the statutory financial statements kept in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law and the Uniform Chart of Accounts published by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Finance, no dividend distribution shall be made, and this matter shall be presented to the shareholders at the General Assembly for their information.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto and in case of any discrepancy in the text of the disclosure, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
