Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi ve yapılan mevzuat değişikliği ile yürürlüğe giren Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları (TSRS) kapsamındaki 2024 ve 2025 yılları zorunlu güvence denetimi de dahil PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 17.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı 2.05.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.

The General Assembly resolution dated 17.04.2025 regarding the selection of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm for the audit of our Company's financial reports for the fiscal year 2025, including the mandatory assurance audit for the years 2024 and 2025 within the scope of the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), which entered into force with the amendment of the legislation, was registered on 2.05.2025 and published in the Trade Registry Gazette.
