6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemelerde yer alan diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, Vizyon Grup Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 29.04.2025 tarihli genel kurul kararı 05.05.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.

The General Assembly resolution dated 29.04.2025 on the selection of Vizyon Grup Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. as the independent auditor to audit our Company's financial reports for the year 2025 accounting period and to fulfill all other obligations required for the auditors by Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and Capital Markets Law numbered 6362 and related regulations, has been registered on 05.05.2025 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
