Şirketimizin ABD'de mukim bağlı ortaklığı Marble Systems Inc. ,  %50  hissesine sahip olduğu ve özkaynak yöntemiyle finansal tablolarda konsolide edilen, Florida/ Amerika'da kurulu , mermer granit ve fayans ürünlerinin ticari toptan satışı ve dağıtımı konusunda faaliyet gösteren 1.000 usd sermayeli  TMC Tile Florida Inc.  şirketinin hisselerinin tamamını satmak üzere, Amerika'da yerleşik bir kurum ile 06.05.2025 tarihli sözleşme  imzalamış olup resmi hisse devir işlemleri devam etmektedir. Marble Systems payına düşen satış bedeli 500.000 Usd olarak belirlenmiştir.

Our company's subsidiary Marble Systems Inc., resident in the USA, has signed an agreement dated 06.05.2025 with an institution resident in the USA to sell all of the shares of TMC Tile Florida Inc., a company with a capital of USD 1,000, which is 50% owned and consolidated in the financial statements with the equity method, established in Florida/America, and operates in the commercial wholesale and distribution of marble, granite and tile products, and the official share transfer transactions are ongoing. The sales price for Marble Systems' share has been determined as USD 500,000.
