Our company previously announced to the public that, regarding the update of the validity period of the current registered capital ceiling, we applied to the Capital Markets Board on 25.09.2024, and our application was approved by the Capital Markets Board with the authorization letter dated 29.11.2024 and numbered E-29833736-110.03-63592. Additionally, the amendment of Article 8 of our Articles of Association was approved by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, Directorate General of Domestic Trade, with the authorization letter dated 23.12.2024 and numbered E-50035491-431.02-00104290944, and the amendment was accepted at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting for the year 2024.

The amendment text approved at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 05.05.2025.
