The business and administration of the Company shall be carried out by a Board of Directors consisting of at least 1 member to be elected by the General Assembly in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code. The term of the Board of Directors is between 1-3 years. The following were elected as the first members of the Board of Directors for a term of 3 years. KERİM SİNAN ALÇIN, national of the Republic of Turkey, ID No. 611**86, residing in ISTANBUL/FATİH, was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. MEHMET KOÇAK, a Turkish national with ID No. 256**58, residing in Istanbul/ATAŞEHİR, has been elected as a Member of the Board of Directors.
MUSTAFA KOPUK, national of the Republic of Turkey, ID No. 319**62, residing in Istanbul/KADIKÖY, was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors.
ORHAN YILDIZ, national of the Republic of Turkey, ID No. 436**92, residing at ISTANBUL/TUZLA, has been elected as a Member of the Board of Directors.
