07 Mayıs 2025 Çarşamba günü (bugün) saat:10:00'da gerçekleştirilen Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'nun II-14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri uyarınca, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartlarına ve Vergi Usul Kanununa göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarında, dönem zararının bulunmasından dolayı dağıtılacak kârın bulunmadığı, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hesaplanan cari yıl zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına aktarılmasına ilişkin yönetim kurulu teklifi oybirliği ile kabul edildi.
